1. Purpose
These Terms of Use (hereinafter the “Terms”) set out the terms and conditions governing access to and use of the website agrimatco.ma (hereinafter the “Website”), published by Agricultural Materials Company (AGRIMATCO).
By accessing and browsing the Website, all users (hereinafter the “User”) fully and unconditionally accept these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms, you are kindly requested to leave the Website.

These Terms are governed by Moroccan law and in particular:
The Dahir of 12 August 1913 forming the Code of Obligations and Contracts (DOC);
Law No. 53-05 on the electronic exchange of legal data, promulgated by Dahir No. 1-07-129 of 30 November 2007;
Law No. 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, promulgated by Dahir No. 1-09-15 of 18 February 2009;

4. Hosting
The Website is hosted by Gozil.ma (Hébergement Web Maroc).
5. Access to the Website
The Website is freely accessible to any User with an internet connection. All costs relating to access to the Website (hardware, software, internet connection) are borne exclusively by the User.
AGRIMATCO endeavours to keep the Website accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, access may be temporarily interrupted, without prior notice or compensation, due to maintenance operations, updates, technical improvements or any event of force majeure. AGRIMATCO shall not be held liable for the consequences of such interruptions.
6. Description of Services
The purpose of the Website is to present the activities, products and services of AGRIMATCO. It provides Users with the following services:
Corporate information: presentation of the company, its business activities and locations.
Contact form: enabling Users to submit information requests via agrimatco.ma and agrimatco.ma/contact/.
Newsletter: voluntary subscription to the AGRIMATCO newsletter via agrimatco.ma.
Career section: online submission of job applications via agrimatco.ma/carriere/.
The Website is a showcase website for informational purposes only. It does not constitute an e-commerce platform and does not allow the conclusion of commercial transactions online.
7. User Obligations
By accessing the Website, the User undertakes to:
Use the Website in accordance with its intended purpose and these Terms.
Not attempt to gain unauthorised access to AGRIMATCO’s information systems, disrupt the operation of the Website or compromise its integrity.
Provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information when using the Website’s forms.
Not disseminate, through the Website’s forms, any unlawful, defamatory, abusive, threatening content, or content that is contrary to public order or infringes the rights of third parties.

AGRIMATCO attaches particular importance to the protection of its Users’ personal data, in accordance with Law No. 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data.
Personal data collected through the Website’s forms is processed exclusively for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy, which the User is invited to consult for full details on the categories of data collected, processing purposes, retention periods and applicable rights.
In accordance with Articles 7, 8 and 9 of Law 09-08, the User has the right of access, rectification, objection and erasure with regard to their personal data. To exercise these rights, the User may contact the Data Protection Officer at: DPO.Maroc@agrimatco-af.com.
The registration with the Commission Nationale de contrôle de la protection des Données à caractère Personnel (CNDP) is currently being processed. The receipt number will be added once obtained.

The Website may use cookies to enhance the browsing experience, compile traffic statistics and ensure the proper functioning of its services.

AGRIMATCO shall not be held liable for:

The User may subscribe to the AGRIMATCO newsletter by entering their email address in the dedicated form. This subscription is free and voluntary, based on the User’s consent.
In accordance with Law 09-08, the User may unsubscribe at any time by using the unsubscribe link included in each email received or by sending a request to: DPO.Maroc@agrimatco-af.com.
14. Online Applications
The career section of the Website allows Users to submit their application for recruitment within AGRIMATCO. By submitting an application, the User agrees that their personal data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and in strict compliance with Law 09-08.
Applications are retained for the duration of the recruitment process, then archived for a maximum period of 2 years, unless the candidate expressly consents to a longer period.
15. Security
AGRIMATCO implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure the security of the Website and the protection of personal data against any unauthorised access, loss, alteration or disclosure, in accordance with the requirements of Law 09-08.
The User is responsible for the security of their own computer equipment and internet connection.
16. Amendments to These Terms
AGRIMATCO reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time in order to keep them in compliance with applicable regulations or to reflect changes in its services. The amended Terms shall take effect upon their publication on the Website.

17. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Moroccan law.
In the event of a dispute relating to the use of the Website, the parties shall endeavour to reach an amicable settlement. Failing an amicable agreement, any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Casablanca, unless otherwise required by mandatory legal provisions.
